I am lying on the floor inside a suitcase out of which my feet can be seen. I am wearing Dorothy’s distinctive red shoes from the movie “The Wizard of Oz”. The suitcase has only one hole through which I can breath and drink milk from an I.V. line.
Behind me there’s a video where I compiled the testimonies of people living far away from home. These varied testimonies are fragmented, only heard as a collage of words. This is the only image of me that the audience can see, since most of my body is inside the suitcase. From inside the suitcase, and while this image is on the screen, I blow on a whistle for one minute, as if I were screaming. I never make it out of the suitcase.
